Taking Care of Yourself
As a parent, it is very important not to forget to take care of yourself as well as your
child. There is a reason why airplanes instruct parents to put on their oxygen mask
first, and then assist their children: if you don't take care of yourself, you won't be able
to take care of those who need you.
Below are links to blog posts and information that can help you take care of yourself
so that you're prepared to take care of your loved ones.
