Bacon-Ranch Savory Monkey Bread


  • 1 package (1 lb) frozen roll dough, thawed

  • 2 tsp oil

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 package (1 oz) ranch salad dressing mix

  • 1 package (12 oz) center cut bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces, cooked

Prep Time: 30 minutes

Total Time: 3 hours

Servings: 16 servings

***Kitchen Tip: For best results, cook bacon just until done, but not crispy.


  1. Grease sides of baking dish (small pan or bundt pan). Place thawed rolls dough into dish and brush with oil.

  2. Add cheese, dressing mix, and cooked bacon pieces; mix lightly. Let rise in warm place for 2 hours or until doubled in size.

  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake bread for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack, and let cool completely before serving.
