What Vaccines Does My Child Need?


Certain vaccines are required for kids to go to school. Read below for the CDC's vaccine timeline for children ages 0 to 18.

CHIP

Provides a medical home for low-income pregnant women and children from birth to age 7. Services include access to primary health care services, case management, care coordination, family support services, home visits, prescription drugs, immunizations, laboratory services, dental services, nutritional education, and parental education and parent meetings. Also offers a pregnant mothers program. No fee.
